MARA SOL

Melody with teeth

Mara Sol makes melodic techno for people who don’t think they like melodic techno — emotional without ever going soft, built on basslines that move like weather systems and breakdowns earned rather than scheduled.

Sol’s INQUISITIVE headline is a three-hour extended session, heavy on unreleased dubs and white labels carried in specially for the night. The dub-plate table at the bar will show exactly what’s in the bag — then the room gets to hear why.

It’s Sol’s first Velvet Rook appearance and the season’s most requested booking. The curious will be rewarded.

Signature sound

• Melodic techno, hardened — feeling first, force always.
• Unreleased dubs — a bag full of records nobody else has.
• Three-hour arcs — sets that build like weather, not fireworks.
• First Rook appearance — Oct 30, 2026, INQUISITIVE headline.
